Required Credentials

Licensing Account

• Username: info@northernwholesaletiles.com
• Password: NWT@LEOPARD

Google Password (if needed):

Procedure

1. Open the Microsoft 365 / Office App

1. Click the Windows Start menu (bottom-left corner).
2. In the search bar, type “Office” or “Copilot for Microsoft 365 / Office App”.
3. Select and open the Office (Microsoft 365) app.
   
   

2. Sign in With the Licensing Account

1. When prompted, click Sign in.
2. Enter the licensing email:
   info@northernwholesaletiles.com
3. When asked for authentication, select:
   “Sign in another way”
4. Choose Password as the sign-in method.
5. Enter the licensing account password.
6. Wait for Microsoft 365 to complete setup.
7. This process will sign the device into Microsoft 365 using the licensing account.
   
   

3. Verify Licensing in Office Applications

Word

1. Open Word.
2. Navigate to File → Account.
3. Confirm the following:
   • Under User Information, the account displays:
     info@northernwholesaletiles.com
   • Under Product Information, the product shows as Activated.

Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

1. Open Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook individually.
2. Verify each application shows:
   • Licensed to info@northernwholesaletiles.com
   • Product is Activated
     
     

4. Add the User’s Personal Email Account in Outlook

1. Open Outlook.
2. Go to File → Account Settings → Account Settings.
3. Click New.
4. Enter the user’s personal/business email address.
5. Complete the sign-in process.
   
   

5. Remove the Licensing Account From Outlook (Mailbox Only)

Important: This step removes only the mailbox from Outlook.
 Licensing remains active on the device.

1. In Outlook, go to:
   File → Account Settings → Account Settings
2. Select the account:
   info@northernwholesaletiles.com
3. Click Remove.
4. Confirm removal.
   
   

The user will now use Outlook with their own mailbox while Microsoft 365 remains licensed under info@northernwholesaletiles.com.
